Who are we?

NARC is headquartered in Dallas TX. NARC is a ground floor opportunity because it is less than 6 months old and there are only a few thousand consultants in the entire US and is available in all 50 states, Virgin Islands and soon to be Canada. Who is our leader?

Our CEO is an Integrative Technology Guru who has worked with such companies as TXU and Texas Title. He came up with the idea to form a national database of License plate numbers for Lien holders, Automotive Finance Companies and any other lenders who are trying to repossess vehicles that they have loaned money on. These companies will pay NARC to obtain a map of where that particular car has been NARC'ed.


What does NARC do?

NARC is building a Nationwide Database of license plates and adding these plates to maps so that companies may purchase these maps and get back the cars that people have defaulted on.


Will this actually work?

Such automotive companies as Ford, Nissan, and Isuzu have already given their commitment to NARC. They have signed on as clients and will be there to use the database when it is ready. These companies believe in this idea. NARC has been doing this same concept in the Dallas area for three years. NARC decided to use Network Marketing as the best tool for building their database about 6 months ago.


Has anyone ever done this before?

Absolutely not! This is a groundbreaking idea and no-one has ever come up with the idea before.


Why not just use the Home Address and get the car?

The problem they run in to with repossessions is that the owner does not leave the vehicle parked in their driveway if they know it is going to be repossessed. Our company will provide information and addresses on where these cars are going during the day or night and will provide a map so they can successfully repossess these vehicles and get their collateral back.


What does a Consultant do in this business?

We enter 10 license plates per month into our own personal website that the company has provided for us. We teach three other people to do the same. The objective is to talk to 3 friends who would be interested in joining our team and then we teach them to do the same thing. It is the simplest form of network marketing ever. No Product, No Sales, and No inventory!


How do I get started?

You need to enroll as a consultant. The enrollment fee to own your own business is $100.00. Enter your 10 plate numbers and you are instantly credited your $50.00 as a fast start bonus as long as you do it within 30 days of your enrollment. The only overhead you will have in this business is a $24.95 per month for your personal website. NARC will maintain your website and from here you will track your entire business, track entire down line, enter plates and check all your bonuses and commissions from here plus much more.


When does my website become active?

Your website will be up and running instantly upon enrollment. You can then go to your own website to enter your plates.


Does any plate count?

Yes, any plate you enter will count. The company even wants multiple hits on the same plate so they can provide even more detailed information to their clients. If I enter a plate and someone else in a different organization enters the same plate it will show as 2 hits and we will both get credited. You do not have to go out and get plates only of cars that are going to be repossessed. That would be nearly impossible. Due to the length of time it takes for custom plates to be approved, it is recommended that you avoid them and temporarily avoid the newer 7-digit plates.

Why is NARC willing to pay their consultants so handsomely to form this database?

The answer is simple. The Repossession business is a multi-billion dollar Market. Until NARC has formed this database those billions of dollars are unattainable. In other words, the faster the database is up and running the faster NARC will be able to enter that multi-billion dollar market on a nationwide scale. They will pay you very handsomely to help build this database. We are also tied to the amber alert system to help return missing children.


How does the company pay?

NARC uses the enrollment fee and monthly website fees to pay their consultants. The bulk of these fees are paid back to consultants in the form of bonuses and commissions. Headquarters in Dallas employs a minimal number of people right now. As the company grows so will the number of employees at HQ, meaning that NARC is keeping its overhead to an absolute minimum until this database is up so they can afford to pay consultants to build this thing. Using website and enrollment fees is the most common way that Network Marketing companies pay our commissions. NARC is using this same concept.

With NARC you can not only grow your business online, but offline as well. You can purchase business cards from your back office to give to car dealerships, banks, or other businesses and sign them up as your client and generate more income.

It's recommended that you build by 3's, but you have the option to grow this as large as you like down 5 levels. By building by 3 you have the potential monthly earnings of $5,930 (it takes 243 people to fill down to level 5). How will I get my investment back?

Upon entering your plates the company will pay you $50 in start up income that will come by mail the next week. You get paid $25 for your first 3 referrals. So if you were to join today and come in with 3 referrals you will get $50 back next week AND $75 for your referrals, so you are in profit from day ONE!
